Sunday Morning’s Mary Nutter Collegiate Classic Game Between No. 1 UCLA and No. 2 Oklahoma to be re-aired on MLB Network

CATHEDRAL CITY, CALIF. – The showcase game of the 2023 Mary Nutter Collegiate Classic, Sunday’s 9:30 a.m. match-up between top-ranked UCLA and No. 2 Oklahoma, will air tape delayed on MLB Network at 7 p.m. PT on Sunday night. This will be the first NCAA softball game to air on MLB Network.

Consistently two of the top teams in college softball, the Bruins and Sooners have met for the national title twice, with OU taking its first championship in 2000 and UCLA winning its 12^th title in 2019. This season, Oklahoma (12-1) was the consensus pre-season No. 1 team, but following a loss to Baylor last weekend, UCLA (15-0 entering Saturday’s games) took over the top spot.
